摘要: To study the effects of different concentrations of selenium on the photosynthetic pigment content in radish, a pot experiment was carried out to study effects of different selenium concentrations (0, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 mg/kg) on the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid contents of radish. The results showed that the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents of radish all decreased with increasing selenium concentration. And compared to the selenium concentration of 0 mg/kg, the selenium concentration of 25, 50 75 and 100 mg/kg significantly increased the carotenoid content of radish.
