摘要: In this paper, we designed a vertical rotary tillage machine with fixed-layer fertilization function and introduced the designing process in detail. The fertilization performance was verified by EDEM software simulation. The final field test shown that the average tillage depth could reach 26.8 cm; the fertilizer layer was concentrated under the soil surface at 45-48 mm; the width of the fertilizer layer was 238-240 mm; the thickness of the fertilizer layer was 223-226 mm, which satisfied the design requirements.
